We were asked to inspect an iconic building, which had a roof deck that the current surface was tiled & a very old synthetic grass over the top with had a leaking Membrane. After inspection we recommended to remove Grass and Tiles and bring back to the original substrate, and apply a 2 x layer flame bonded Membrane & then a new modern synthetic grass over the surface, which has given the area a new lease of life.
