The clients were doing a major renovation to the building and needed to ensure the Membrane was sound and watertight to ensure the building would stay dry and no more damage. There were two areas being the main front balcony which we repaired and applied a flame bonded Membrane, and the main courtyard area which had many breached areas after we electronically tested the area, so we therefore applied a flame bonded Membrane and a permanent wire system to allow for future testing, as there were paver going to be placed over the surface again.
