Here we have a room that holds all very important documents for the hospital, and they were getting water through a wall due to being below ground. We needed to come up with a solution that would not allow water/moisture through the surface and therefore damage the documents. We then recommended a Cementitious Membrane followed by an epoxy moisture barrier to ensure all would be dry.
