We were honoured to be asked to inspect these works that the Council were renovating the entire structure. The surface had a very old membrane system that was in very bad condition. We therefore recommended to remove all current Membrane and apply a flame bonded Membrane that will give many years peace of mind and protect the structure from further damage.
