This area is a balcony surface with a carpark below which was allowing a lot of water into the area underneath and damaging cars and structure. The client wanted a surface that was easy to clean and would enhance the area and improve the capital of the property. We then removed all tiles and Membrane, bringing down to the original substrate, and applied a flame bonded Membrane, and then we applied a no Maintenance deck to the entire area.
